Cancelation Policy
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us 48 hours (two days) notice. If you do not reschedule in advance and you miss your appointment for any reason, you forfeit that deposit and will need to reschedule with a new deposit. Please note: The purpose of your deposit is not only let us know that you are serious about your appointment and respect the artist's time and talent, but to provide assurance to your artist that they will not be left empty-handed if you decide not to honor the appointment. We love what we do, and appreciate your deposit because it allows us to build a positive business and do our best work for you. Thanks for understanding!
